GTA IV sold early in some areas
If the video above is any indication, and it appears to be genuine, then some stores didn’t get the memo that Grand Theft Auto IV isn’t to go on sale until April 29. It seems that one Tony Warner was able to purchase his copy a couple of weeks early. In the video, Tony shows off the GTA IV case, the disc itself, as well as the game’s intro. If you are completely wanting to get your hands on the game early, we suggest getting out there and looking around. Skip the Gamestop’s of the world and head straight to places that are clueless about these things, like your local Wal-Mart. Let us know if you have any luck. Rockstar isn’t gonna be too happy about this one.

This is TOTALLY FAKE. The game boxart is out of date - the final version does NOT have the word “Xbox” in the top right corner and just reads “Live” and the 18 rating is required to be much larger than this on UK versions of the game.

Its fake, the BBFC 18 logo is to small, all games now being released are required to have it over double that size, look again

It’s fake. No store has GTA IV in it. The game hasn’t gone gold yet and ESRB has yet to be confirmed. Until both of those no store can sell it early because no stores have it yet. Its as easy as that. Its a fake. p

sorry your all wrong agreed the case is fake. but theres a copy of the game on the net ( torrent ) that has been riped for 360.
by a pirater named ICON.
so this os just a burnt copy with a made up case. ( shame he wont be using the multiplayer online like we will ) rockstar are on the case i found out also as the people that play it early on 360 can be found out by the gametags.
ive seen the game in action thanks to rockstar and let me say ( pay for the game its amazing acheivment belive me your pay double if you had to ).
dont pirate its just getting good.
