Those that comply will be put into a random drawing, and will win this rare collector’s item in a matter of two weeks. It is 1871 out of 5000. This, as always, is open to US residents only. I am looking forward to see ALL the games a little more closeup just because it looks like they will all look kickass.

But I am really excited to see GT5 because they already looks pretty damn cool but with this new graphics power I can’t imagine how much better GT5 is going to look. And of course with so much more storage space there is always the chance for a lot more content.

But I guess out of the list, I have to say Metal Gear Solid 4 is my most anticipated. As with GT5, the more recent MGS games have looked great and it will be awesome to see how much of a visual leap there will be. But again, the new space for content making for longer games will be very cool. Lets just hope they have time to fit in more content and to really refine the graphics.

I am also looking forward to Final Fantasy 12 just because they all have been great. And unlike the others, the game lenth/content has never been an issue with FF games and they already look pretty nice graphics-wise. But I can only imagine how much better the graphics are going to look on this one.

Man, I really need to start saving up for games now lol.

The game I am looking forward to the most is Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion. This game is going to have one of the largest game worlds ever, its going to be huge. Also they are imputting a new AI system where the characters go on with their lives without any interaction from the player, they will cook, eat, sleep, steal, all by themselfs depending on what is happening around them. I cant wait to spend the couple hundred hours plus that this game is going to offer!

while it’d be nice to win that faceplate (it’d be worth a mint in some time) im from australia so i can’t enter :(
though i;d have to say my most looking forward to game would have to be ninja scroll black simply because i love the ninja gaiden series so.

That faceplate looks awesome. I am looking forward to Halo 3, the only thing I am hoping is it isn’t a replica of Halo 2 with a couple more maps. I would still buy it and play it if it was though since I’m such a big fan of Halo.

I’m looking forward to Projact Gotham Racing 3. There are many reasons for this. First, when I played Project Gotham Racing 2 on the original xbox, I was astounded with the quality of the game and its graphics. The sountrack it came with was also astonishing. There were also hundreds of cars to choose from. I truely thought Project Gotham Racing 2 was better then any other racing game available. I can only imagine how good Project Gotham Racing 3 is. If they keep their same style and power they will be making millions off of consumers just by this one game.

Well…for me of course its Halo 3…Halo 2 was the reason I got an xbox….and I know bungie is gonna cook up something amazing for Halo 3…or at least enough to keep me on live for hours a day

Also killzone…The video I saw of in game action…the level of detail in the characters faces….it was just amazing….

Overall not too much I can really say about the games other then video since thats all thats really been shown so far…

Let’s be honest, everyone already has Halo 2 and PGR2, so a third installment of any series isn’t going to be that groundbreaking. Since the original Xbox completely missed out on the social gaming factor (I own the Xbox Arcade Disk, but I haven’t bought a thing off it, because they’re ridiculously priced), I’m looking forward to the new round of social games that support the Xbox360 video camera.

I’m not that vain, but I would love to scan my face and render it over my character. I would love to watch someone else’s emotions as they go “All in” during a game of Texas Hold ‘Em. I want to be able to explain to my parents that if they buy a video game console for their home, they can see their grandchild (my son) from 1,500 miles away, so it really is useful even when we’re not playing it during the holidays. And yes, I’ll be honest, I want to be able to play those “EyeToy” style games that are crazy tough to control and make me look like I’m having an epileptic seizure, but are fun and challenging in a way no other game can be. And, I cannot wait to see how the video is integrated into Xbox Live, so that my friends and I can make fools of ourselves online (Xbox Live Karaoke, anyone?) and then go back to our everyday lives with the push of a power button.

So, the single most important game of the Xbox360 I’m looking forward to, is the one that integrates the Xbox360 camera in the most innovative, interesting and compelling way. I’ll be there on day 1 to purchase that game!

The XBOX 360 game that I’m most interested is Halo 3. The reasons, besides the obvious are this: When XBOX first came out I rented the console at blockbuster along with Halo and played through the entire game. I really felt like playing Halo on the XBOX gave me a feel for what the system was capable of, a real test drive. I didn’t end up buying an XBOX based off of that test drive but I’m sure looking forward to my next “test drive” with Halo 3 on the XBOX 360. I just wish it was a launch title :(.

I’m looking forward to Elder Scrolls IV & Halo 3—Along w/ loving both of these series the shear magnitude of level size that will be available in these new generation consoles should be mind blowing.  I walked aimlessly around the map in elder scrolls III for hours and never crossed the same point twice.  That is my main selling point with the new generation games & system.  I need games that I can’t beat in a few hours or even a couple days.  I want something that will keep me hooked and playing for weeks & months.  I think that these 2 games can do exactly that.

Has to be Halo 3! Just cause Halo is the BIG reason I bought a X-box.  Plus its almost as fun as CounterStrike: Source is to me. And I play that almost 24/7 =P

While I am looking forward to many games, the games I am most looking forward to are The godfather and Final Fantasy XI.  I love the FF series and have been bummed not to play them the last 5 years since I do not own a PS2.  It will be especially great to see the treatment it gets on a superior machine; my hope is the graphics blow anything else away.
As for current games I have seen some shots of, I have to go with The Godfather.  One of my favorite books and movies, the screen shots for this are stunning.  The one of Brando in Time is almost movie like in appearance.  The power of 360 should make this an unforgettable game put out by a very good company.

I’m looking forward to Perfect Dark: Zero. This is due to the new power developer will have a change to harness with the new XBOX 360. And I have a feeling that Perfect Dark: Zero will not only push other Game Developers to base games on great storylines but to take full advantage of whatever system they are developing for. And witht he hype that’s surrounding RARE, Microsoft, and Perfect Dark: Zero, I doubt RARE would let anything less that specatular go out the door.

I’m definitely looking forward to halo3 but i hope its not just version 2.5 of halo

i was supposed to be there this year but could not make it becuase of school :(

More than anything, I’m looking forward to Perfect Dark Zero, as well as Halo 3.  As a Nintendo FanBoy, I can’t explain how amazing I think Rare is and with Perfect Dark being my second favorite game on the N64 (Conker being the 1st), I can’t wait for the ultra realistic graphics and suround sound. Rare has a way of polishing up they’re games so much you can see yourself in them. Halo 3 is going to rock for the obvious reasons. It’s halo. I don’t blame MS for planning to release Halo 3 at the same time as the PS3, I’ve seen some pretty impressive demos and numbers coming from that system. It’ll be a good generation, I can say that much.

Dead Rising is an Xbox 360 game that caught my attention. It appears to have been created by the same creator as the Mega Man and Onimusha series. The main character is a journalist who is following the story of a zombie outbreak.  He ends up getting stuck in a mall with a group of other survivors, similar to Dawn of the Dead, but that comparison ends there.  Unlike most survival horror titles, such as Resident Evil and Parasite Eve, the game is not just about holding off the hordes while you reach the final destination.

The action and gore does play a large role, but the game has an element similar to the Fatal Frame series. As a journalist it is your job to capture photography of the outbreak, since it is obviously a big story. I find this concept very interesting since it diverges from every other survival horror title. It differs from games such as Resident Evil since there is more to the game than just the action. It differs from games such as Fatal Frame since there actually is action incorporated. The title has potential to be a well-blended balance of action and other game-play elements.

Although I have not been able to dig up any pictures of Dead Rising, I have heard from a few web sites about the impressive visuals.  All of the talk about zombie hordes and action sequences sounds like CGI cut scenes, but they are actually in-engine game play. The game may turn out to be a let-down, since I have yet to see any visuals myself, and it is all word-of-mouth, but it is the game’s real potential that has grabbed my interest. With Xbox 360’s capabilites, this title has potential to bring survival horror to a new level.

What is next gen? This is something I constantly have asked myself. I know what Next gen can do, I know what it should look like. A next generation game should be every developer pulling out the big guns, and putting all their effort into using a new hardware wisely, and learning how to let themselves drop the old routines to learn higher rewarding development routines. Having said this, This will rule out most games Cross Platoform developed. Yes I said it, screw cross platform. Why make a game without pushing it fully to the consoles extent?

I guess that leaves the following games out of the question:

Elders Scrolls Oblivion (looks great but its crossplatform)
Final Fantasy IX (Been there Done that, its the XBOX360 version of PSO)
Ghost Recon 3 (no to an ubisoft title)
You kind of get the idea.

So your sitting there your reading this and saying, Well this guy sure complains a lot. I have to this is what I do for a living. Design next gen content.

So while all are at E3 enjoying Ill be sitting back here working on that next gen entry.

As for my choice.

Blue Dragon: From the speach from Sakaguchi last week that left me grinning from ear to ear. I gladly look forward to a creative gentious having such freedoms as the XBOX360 to develop a much needed genre, pluss a system pusher for content and storage. As you will all see shortly on IGN and the other news groups. This title will not only look nice, but feel totally fresh and new approach to RPG’s period. Bravo to Mystwalker

Runner up:

Dead Or Alive 4: for it being from a team I know who loves to push console limits, and putting in content where it is deserved. I love the look so far, and the ammount of enviroment detail. I also am very interested in the additional new gameplay they have added.

I posted 2, but why the heck not, there are plenty of honorable mentions. Be realistic, follow games that are fun, but dont fall into vicious patterns of development ease and cost efficiency to make a (another saturday movie re run).

I’m looking forward to Perfect Dark Zero.  The original was innovative and I’m hoping that same “newness” that the original game provided will show up on the new system.  Originally I was excited about the sheer number of online players, but the new Black Hawk Down game matches the same numbers on the current generation Xbox.

It’s a toss up, but hopefully you won’t disqualify me for that.  It’s between Final Fantasy XI and Elders Scrolls 4 - Oblivion.

Final Fantasy XI is just cool.  I’ve been playing it on the PC since release.  The graphics are excellent, and I’m a huge MMORPG “geek” (I also play EQ2 and WOW) so this is just an uber-satisfying release….and it’s unexpected, to boot.  Hopefully, we’ll luck out, and both expansions will be included with the xbox 360 version of the game.

Elder Scrolls 4 - Oblivion just looks like it is going to kick so much ....umm…butt.  The graphics look amazing, the open ended gameplay of Morrowind looks to be more or less intact, PLUS you get a more centralized quest, if that’s what drives you, AND a larger world to explore.  I’ve played every single Elder Scrolls game, from Arena, to Daggerfall (both on PC) to Morrowind (on both PC and Xbox) and I will not miss Oblivion.  Bethesda always seems to deliver (even if the games are YEARS apart).  Morrowind was what I consider the first MSPRPG (Massively single Player Role Playing Game) and Oblivion looks to follow suit.  I’m practically drooling.

Here’s another vote for Perfect Dark.  About 6 months ago I picked up Perfect Dark for N64 for 5 bucks and it has been fun fun fun.  Despite the not-so-great graphics, I really enjoyed the gameplay.  I’m looking forward to new missions and expanded multiplayer gameplay online.  w00t for RARE and Perfect Dark!

The game i’m most looking forward to is Ghost Recon 3. Ever since the original Ghost Recon I loved the series for its dept in its squad-based action, but now, from the little video shown it looks amazing.

From the graphics perspective, the game looks awesome. So much clarity and all the visual effects makes this game easily look like a AAA title for the Xbox 360 launch lineup.

Also from the action perspective, this time it really looks like an actual firefight between the squads. Building on Ghost Recon 2’s glamour, which was given rave review from many reviewers, makes this game a shoe-in to continue the legacy of the excellent Ghost Recon franchise. From the gun battles to the explosion, this game is gonna rock.

And don’t let me get on its multiplayer aspect. This game on Xbox 360 Live is gonna blow us away. If you thought Ghost Recon 2’s Live aspect rocked, then Ghost Recon 3 should knock its socks off. This is the reason why I can’t wait for Ghost Recon 3.

tough choice. I am reall loking foward to DOA 4. I love this series. I hear tails of a new reversal system and more interactive environments. And for some playback value it has loads of new and old customs; even different hair designs. SOunds like i could play fo hours

I think Halo 3 is an obvious answer here. Halo 2 was a great game, but I think it was just the begining of what could be done on a next gen platform. However, the game I loved the most on the original XBOX was Ninja Gaiden. I would love to see a sequal annouced for XBOX 360. I’ve played all of the Ninja Gaindens to date, and am eagerly awaiting a ninja gaiden on a next gen platform.

One of my rare favorites for the XBOX was Death Row. I’d love to see a sequal to that, however I don’t think that will happen since the original didn’t sale to well.

Thanks for starting up yet another great gaming site.

I am by far looking foward to all the Tom Clancy games! including Splinter Cell 4. Ghost Recon 3, and the next rainbow 6..becuase these games simply rock your world!!!!

Definately Halo 3.  I am definately looking forward to the sequel to the best video game(s) out there.  Especially since it will be in HD with 5.1 surround sound and have no loading times.  Halo 2 was so much better than the original Halo, and if the pace is kept, Halo 3 will be amazing.  I have also been reading into the capabilities of the Xbox 360, and one of the things mentioned in the Time article was that objects will be fully rendered; instead of having a blob for a tree, each leaf will be rendered with its own shadows, etc.  I’m looking forward to those types of specifics in Halo 3.

I am looking forward to Madden NExt Gen because i am a total football fan, and there is nothing better than being able to play with Michael Vick and looking into my 1080i HDTV playing Madden Next Gen on the XBOX 360, the next 5 years are gonna be INCREDIABLE in terms of grafics…......LATER YALL

I am definately looking forward to Need for Speed games and Halo 3.  Looking for better graphics and more cars.  In halo 3 i hope the single player isn’t that short and also maybe more weapons and better skins for them.

The game I’m most intrested in for Xbox 360 is Perfect Dark Zero. I have been waiting for another Perfect Dark game since the Nintendo 64 days. Perftect Dark, although worse than Goldeneye for the N64 ( Boy was that game good) was a great game and had a great concept. Also I love FPS.

I just can’t wait for perfect dark zero. I wasd one of those hardcore fans who played it 24/7.  I was by far the best FPS on the n64.. I also cant wait for halo 3 i mean 5.1 suround sound and have no load times, and for the Xbox 360 i think it went the right way making It be online for free.

I am looking forward to the 360 for two games in particular.  One, naturally is Halo 3 which will hopefully wrap up the Halo 2 storyline.  But the big game I’ve been waiting for is Perfect Dark Zero.  I loved Perfect Dark on the 64 and ever since then I’ve been waiting for a continuation of rare’s line of the first person shooter.  Perfect Dark Zero was supposed to come out on the cube and then Microsoft bought Rare and was going to release it on the Xbox.  now they’ve moved it back to the 360 so I’m just going to have to buy a 360 to play this game I’ve been waiting 8 some odd years to play.

I’m really looking forword to prefictdark Zero I’ve just been waiting for a new fully destructable enviroment. I all so like the PS3 ithere controllers a odd but there tech demos are pretty cool as well as the sorond sound.

Whos hairy hand is that?

To me, there are two games I’m waiting for.  First, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion looks finally able to deliver on what RPG fans want, and that is a fully realized world.  However, I say that with a grain of salt as things are far too preliminary at this point.  Secondly there is Gears of War.  It simply looks amazing.  It seems it has the potential to deliver on all fronts, graphically, atmospherically and also hopefully, the most important, in gameplay.  But, it is too early to comment fully on any of these games, but these are the two with my attention.  Sometime by the endof this year I’ll be able to say if they stack up the way they should.

By the way Billups is my real middle name, my mother gave it to me because it is her maiden name…But i havents started the point and i already digress. Halo 3, the supposed PS3 killer would definately be my pick for the game I am most interested in. First off because i’m a Halo fanatic and a Xbox fanatic. I was there at 12:15 a.m. to pick up my copy of Halo 2 from Best Buy. Now, I just can’t stop playing Halo 2; I even got the Halo edition of the Xbox Live Headset as a gift from my older brother who knows I am a fanatic. This revolution in gaming should put Halo 3 at the top of the hill when it comes to graphics, online play and over-all content. My Gamertag for Xbox Live is Snare387 you can look up my stats on Bungie’s statistics center for Halo 2. I’ve been grounded for the longest time and i only got 2 chances to actually play since i’ve been grounded(of course i snuck on). Halo 2 was great and i’ve enjoyed it immensely. But now it is time for the next-generation of games and consoles to arise to the top and take over. The choice to release Halo 3 on the same day that the PS3 is release is by far the most ingenious I have heard so far. I hope that it is just 10 times better than anything the PS3 can produce on such short notice.

Xbox 360 has me pumped up;

No other game, but PERFECT DARK: ZERO has me more excited.

The mere fact of 50 player deathmatch is what intrigues me the most.  It seems as if Rare is focusing on online play; and that’s what I find most important in a game.  Online play is just so special.

Honestly, I am not a big fun of Xbox and I have never been but I might be getting the Xbox360 this year. I like that you can play people around the world and I also like the coming Halo 3 next year as the gamespot said. Forza is pretty cool too and the graphics is outgradious. I have never win anything over the internet, it would be a good opportunity to win something that is really “special”. I never been in E3 too and I would like to go next year if I have money to go there. I wanted to see Playstation 3 in personal and it would be the best consoles in the world of video games. Imagine that, the new processor runs like 4.0 ghz. daym. Thats the most powerful console this year. Well later, I have to do my homework. I wish I could win this Limited special Faceplate from E3. It would be a great gift for me and my birthday is coming soon. Bye

Thanks,
Chino

That faceplate is pretty freakin awesome!

I can’t wait till Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon™ 3 comes out with the xbox 360. Tom Clancy’s games and books are soo awesome and amazing. Ghost Recon 1 & 2 were both so awesome and I think Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon™ 3 will be way better and will rule most of the games!

I’d have to say that Prey is the one Xbox 360 game that I’m looking forward to. Of the two Xbox 360 games that I am most excited about (the other being Elder Scrolld IV: Oblivion), neither are Xbox-only, but that’s okay, hehe.

Prey: It’s a game that has been on and off in developement for 5 years. . . .that’s a lot of time for fat to get trimmed and story to get strengthened. Not only that, they’re now using the Doom 3 engine, and seeing as how some of the main points of the game are basically insane physics (used PLAUSABLY for once *gasp*), literally living environments and detailed alien races. . . .that’s a veeeeeery good thing.
I mean. . .Prey has had time to strengthen it’s good point and cut the bad ones out, it is using a GORGEOUS engine and is doing it justice, the plot elemnnts are VERY cool (as in what the Halo games could have been), it’s blending elements from numerous different game genres and doing it in a way that seems amazing. . . .it’s just everything in one, it seems.

Anyway, that’s the game I’m all uber-wet about. Check out this GameSpot Article and see for yourself!

I would love to play the Age of Empires on the XBOX.  I really love these strategy games and can spend my major time playing it.  It is really fun starting with a small group of people, creating a village, hunting, raising an army, protecting your boundaries and the WAR.

Let’s hope that this game comes with the XBOX 360.

I am look to Perfect Dark Zero. The first Perfect Dark was a great fps and this one will not be a let down. Rare has worked so hard for this game to let it go down the drain. Because on X-Box Live it will be the best fps on the 360 before Halo 3. I can not wait for the news at E3 about Perfect Dark Zero.

Besides the obvious in Halo 3, Perfect Dark Zero, and The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, I am totally stoked about the new Tony Hawk game, Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland.  I have been wanting a Tony Hawk game with a single megamassive map ever since Tony Hawk’s Underground game out and am thrilled that they are finally going with the idea.  It should rock!

I must say… from what they showed the future for the Xbox 360 is looking awesome. The graphics were very crisp and clean. It seemed as they wanted to make sure the graphics were as pretty as possible to make up for the slightly choppy release graphics on the Xbox. I definately think the most promising game will be The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. I am a fan of Morrowind so I was excited to hear about another Elder Scrolls. I saw a preview awhile ago for this and I thought it was pretty. When they showed it in the press conference it was by far one of the most visually pleasing games that was shown the whole day. Aside from that, I’m an RPG gamer and Elder Scrolls never seems to let me down. It is unhumanly expansive and it never gets old. The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion will definately please when it comes out.

The game that I am most looking forward to is Ghost Recon 3.  Not only where the graphics amazing looking, the game looks to be very innovative as well.  At least from what I could tell of the video and stills, the heads up helmet display was very interesting looking with video links to your team as well as audio and heath of other individuals.  It may have not looked as great as Killzone 2, but anyone can tell that was pre-rendered CG any way.  Game play mechanics are equally important as graphics and GR3 looks as though it has both to offer.

As unlikely as it may be, I would very much like to see Killer Instinct on the 360.  There is word of Perfect Dark being released on the box but I’m not sure if this means Rare will have a good relation with Microsoft.  By skipping an entire generation of systems as they did, I believe that they could and SHOULD achieve an incredible amount of improvement.  They could now have amazing, huge interactive environments and new fatality-combos galore with no worrying about framerates.  The series only upgraded their graphics engines as they went, which made them slower, but there’s no telling what fighting games will hit us with in the coming generations.  Unfortunately there’s not even a peep on this awesome game.

its all about the Fable 2 game.
love Fable how you can play both sides good and evil
part 2 has got to be better, how you can make a game better than it already is will be hard.  Graphics and storyline are great and like i said before it is really 2 games in one so you get double your moneys worth.
A++ for part 2

Gears of War is looking like the must-have, killer app first-person shooter of the Xbox 360.  With online co-op, I am ready to kick some caboose.  A little mix of first-person shooter and horror, Gears of War has the formula for a blown away success.

Well I have been wanting one of these faceplates ever since the 16th when I watched the E3 Convention on my computer, and J Allard said “We are giving you all one!” I was soo bummed out that I couldn’t have one. I love Rare collectables and I love XBOX so of course this was one I had to have. I looked on ebay and they are selling already for $200.00+ but I am not about to spend that kind of money on one. So that leads me to hear to try and win this give away.
The game I feel looks Awesome is Gears of War. Just the screen shots look dark and mysterious. The characters look like they are the most evil, scary, Demonic looking characters I have ever seen in a Game, or movie for that fact. I don’t know to much about it other than what is out on the net, I have seen two videos from E3 on it, and they look amazing. I love games that Use the full potential of the hardware and when a game has clear and defined characters and backgrounds, it makes the gaming experience that much better.  I can not wait to get my XBOX 360, and I will probably stand in line for another 6 hours like I did for the first XBOX. It has been well worth every cent I have spent on games, hardware, hell even my 65” High Def TV, just so my games would look that much better. I am also excited that XBOX 360 is ALL HIGH DEF, every game will look awesome, and I know this Gears of War will practically jump off my screen when I get it. I just hope the Game play and story line will be as awesome as Halo. Thanks for letting me have a chance to win this faceplate I sure hope my luck is with me and I win!

Ok Im not going to go into a long reason of why I should have one, but I really would like one. I am looking forward to PDZ the most due to the fact that orginal game on the N64 was one of the best games I have ever played, and I have played a lot of games. PGR3 is also a very sweet looking game, and I hope it is as good as the trailer which they showed at the E3 Press Conference. GR3 is also looking like a sweet game and I cant wait to try it out.

im looking more forward to the system than the games. i think that the look of the games is getting so good that game play and system options is where the future is. microsoft is moving in the right direction. im a hardcore gamer(28yr old) and i understand where the 360 is going
games will always be at the core but to expand and progress there has to be more options to the consumer
the 360 will bring this to all.

I am totally excited about Gears of War.  Why you may ask?  Gears of war in my mind is going to be one the most awesome games ever.  Besides Halo 3 of course.  I’ve been doing some digging around and from judging from the screenshots, this game shows off the xbox360’s capabilities.  The graphics are awesome!  I just love tactical shooter and survival horror games.  Combine these 2 elements and you will have Gears of War.  Not only is this a great shooter game, but it combines thought elements in it, unlike most games that are out right now.  Epic Games tell us that this game will require you to run, shoot, duck for cover, stop, and use the environment to your advange.  I can’t wait!
